Types of Information Collected by Ubicom
Personally Identifiable Information
When you register to use the Forum, we collect your name and email address and, at your option, your company name, postal address, telephone number, fax number, and URL. During your use of the Forum, we track what files you have downloaded, what support tickets you have submitted, when you have logged in, and the number of forum posts you have made.
Forum Usage Data
During your use of the Forum we will also collect certain Forum usage data, such as your IP address, the Forum pages you have viewed, the type of browser you use, and the completion time for support tickets.
Cookies
Like many Websites, we uses "cookies" to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer. We uses cookies for two purposes. Email Communications
We may occasionally send you emails in order to obtain feedback, conduct market research, or inform you of products or services. And, although we do not share your personally identifiable information with our partners, we may send promotional emails on behalf of our partners. Postings
Because the Forum is accessible by other users, anything that you post is available to such users. By editing your profile, you are able to specify whether to share your name, company name, or email address. If you choose to share such information, it will be visible to other users of the Forum.
Reviewing Your Information and Requesting Changes

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of thirteen and we do not target our services to children under thirteen. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time.
